"Tv,s in whole complex were all not working due to antenna out for some weeks. Broken toilet seat. Broken door on ensuite. Terrible pillows. Rattling external door outside room which had to be jammed shut until finally fixed late in week due to being a fire exit. Overwhelming musty smell in reception and main hall which permeated into rooms. Reception only manned when large groups checking in. Staff friendly but seem to be their for good time only. Poor breakfast choices that improved when...

"Room had some hair laying around the bed and pillows. Staff were exceptionally friendly and informative. The room was well presented, cosy, comfortable. Ammenities were easy to find and operate. Included breakfast was delicious"
