"The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. "

"Everything was ok. I will say the room though. There was blunt pieces on table next to bed. Spider webs everywhere, under sink in bathroom was insane amount of dust and what appeared to be food from previous person who stayed. Even old trash on floors. Mirror could barely see through because it was so filthy truly a shame because other then that I’d give my stay 5 stars . But for price it was what you’d expect. Just leaving review in hopes that management makes Housekeeping do a bit better....

"I drove over 7 hours. Rented 2 rooms. When entering the room 1 smelled like sewer, the other one looked like it wasnt cleaned. Pool was closed apparently they don't have maintenance working on weekends. Breakfast area is spacious but food wasn't very tastefully. Had to go out and get food somewhere else. Location is great stores and restaurants near by. "

"Really enjoyed the hotel overall: nice staff, comfy and clean room, good bed linens and towels, fitness center always impecable clean and nice area to explore shops and restaurants. Brekafast buffet may get short of some food depending on the time you're there and employees lack some organization for replenishment. The only downside I would point out is the lack of water pressure in the shower. That was kind of disappointing. Between the pros and cons, I recommend the property and am very...

"Our room slept strong of tangerine, like they were trying to cover up a small. There was a white powder (like a carpet deodorant) and our bedding smelled like it sat in the washer too long. Our room, including bathroom was clean and that is huge for me. We were in the room very little, just to sleep. My only major complaint was lack of hot water. Water temp was warm at best"
