"Someone's dog puked in the elevator, they gave the dog owner a couple napkins to clean it up but did not use cleaner or disinfectant. Front staff didn't seem to care and 10-bucks for breakfast is fine but just include that coat with the room. Other than that it was clean."

"The hotel overbooked. I had to wait 30minutes to check in as he sorted out the issue… We were offered to be moved to other hotel and I was like what? Finally they had a 1 king instead of the 2 queens i I had reserved… terrible… this has been the first time this has ever happened…. So beware of this hotel if you book with them…just be prepared.."

"I ended up leaving and going to a different hotel after I saw a 3 gallon sharps disposable box in the downstairs bathroom. Why would they have that. Too scary for me. Elders and families DO NOT make a reservation here."

"The room was not cleaned as I expected - even it wasn't the dirtiest room I ever stayed in a hotel. The bed was comfortable. The shower wasn't the best, specially because it seems uncleaned. The worst: one of the shower towels had some fur on it, which was disgusting. But, the receptionist was very friendly when this was reported. Don't be fooled by the breakfast it's just a black coffee. But, there is a Walmart right before it and some places to have a decent breakfast in the area."

"We stayed here for a wedding and enjoyed our stay. Rom was clean, service was great. Lobby well maintained and new looking furniture, high top sitting area with charging plugs. Quick drive to everything, Buc-ees right across the highway, restaurants, etc. Not really walkable to anything, as you're on a very busy access road with a field in between you and everything else. Breakfast was ok, but it's standard hotel breakfast so no surprises there. The only issue was there is no shelf in the...

"Room was clean. But bed wasn’t comfortable. It’s pretty firm. Typical hotel breakfast, waffles, B&G, bacon, scrambled eggs. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Sheets smelled good and clean. Shower head is okay, pressure wasn’t bad it’s just really tall so if you’re short like 5’3 you can’t reach it to change the pressure. Overall good experience"

"Not the best stay. The TV only worked about half the time, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, which made the bathroom difficult to use. On top of that, I was charged a fee for my service animal, which was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better for the price I paid. Overall, the room had maintenance issues and the service did not meet expectations."

"O nosso checkin atrasou mais de uma hora porque ainda estavam limpando o quarto, com isso nos colocaram em outro quarto horrível, sem exaustor no banheiro, com vazamento, um quarto inferior ao que pagamos. O café da manhã é ruim, só tem waffle e cereal. Para comer proteína tem que pagar à parte. Não recomendo, hotel ruim, com serviço ruim e equipe de atendentes mal educados."
