Great hiking nearby and plenty of small town charm in the area as well to explore. Or just be intown for a college visit or two…. ;)"

"Enjoyed a two night stay at this location. Everything was as listed in the listing. Owner was easy to contact to with and quick response. It was close to the southern siide of lake Arther. The only suggestion is that you need are larger frying pan and a turner for flipping eggs in the kitchen. Would recommend this property for any one wanting to stay in the area."

"A quaint, clean, cozy cottage on the side of the wooded ravine overlooking a rippling creek. We enjoyed setting on the deck hearing the water flow and the birds sing.We enjoyed walking alongside the creek.Gwens cabin is so cute and everyone was very welcoming.We hiked several beautiful waterfalls around the area. Most were pretty easy hikes.When we left we drove into Ellwood and had a scrumptious breakfast at Breaking Bread.It was a wonderful break from city life and we plan to go back again....

"The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place. The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk. She was really a gentle one. Congrats!"
