"We stayed here for a wedding nearby so honestly did not have a ton of time at the property. House has plenty of room for a larger group. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking. Directions for check in/check out were clear and owner was extremely communicative. Basement was kind of musty so we kept the sliding doors open when home. Hustisford is a smaller town than I anticipated so I’m happy we stocked up some groceries before arrival."

"We have stayed several times at this wonderful property and have thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Wandernhaus. The owner, Kathy, is accommodating, personable and does all she can to ensure comfort and enjoyment for her guests. We absolutely recommend this spot for anyone traveling to the Cedarburg area. "Andrea the host is great but VRBO is a terrible company through which to rent the apartment. VRBO added charges that were not known to her or to me as a guest. This included a very high service fee as well a damaged protection fee. In addition Andrea charges per night were significantly less than what VRBO charged. "My two adult daughters (23, 21), one significant other (24), and I stayed at Greenstone Cottage for my son's wedding in Nashotah on 6/15. The location was perfect for all the wedding festivities in the area, and we enjoyed the short walk into Oconomowoc a few times for coffee or a local restaurant. Carol (host) was attentive and easy to reach and communicate with. We loved that the house had character (in a good way!) and we could easily spread out when we wanted to."

"The ranger house is spacious with big kitchen, deck & living room, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The deck is badly in need of refurbishing. There are sleeping cabins in the park so extra family members can join you. The path to the lake is hilly and the approach to the pier needs work.
