Welcome travellers! Whether you're here to explore the vibrant town of Sliema or relax by the sea, our studio is the perfect base for your next adventure!

Located in the heart of Sliema, this chic studio apartment features a private terrace where you can unwind & enjoy the Maltese sunshine! The space is designed with modern amenities, including a kitchenette, cozy sleeping area & a stylish bathroom.

Just steps away from the Ferry terminal, main attractions, shops, restaurants & cafeterias!

NOTE: The common parts such as stairs etc is for all the guests to access the studios. The studio/room is private for the indiviual. Launderette very close by.

Located within a Maltese building, this studio apartment provides an authentic and immersive experience, allowing you to embrace the local culture and architecture.

Living area| The living area features a comfortable double bed, inviting you to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the island. The kitchenette is complimented with a fridge and microwave, allowing you to prepare light meals or store your favourite snacks and beverages.

Outdoor| Beautiful and spacious Terrace with outdoor furniture for you to relax and unwind in the Maltese breeze. The terrace is fully private and it can be used at your own convenience.

Beds | 1 double bed with fresh linens.

Bathrooms| 1 big bathroom including a shower, toilet and a sink. The bathroom is also private.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

Sliema offers ferry connections to other parts of Malta, including Valletta and the Three Cities (Vittoriosa, Senglea, and Cospicua). The ferry terminals are conveniently located along the Sliema waterfront, and regular schedules operate throughout the day.

Very important notes before booking:


1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
