Welcome to our stunning 2BR designer APT
Recently finished to the highest standard, this APT boasts a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking.
The bedrooms are both beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and ample storage space.
Step outside and take a leisurely stroll along the promenade, where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Whether you're here for business or pleasure our APT is the perfect base for your stay in Sliema
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! This is perfect for both long and shorter long rentals.
Living area| Comfy sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. A Maltese balcony on the front, for the private use of our guests.
Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms, 1 is a double bed and the other is with 2 single beds.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite and the other accessible from the living area.

Sliema is a popular and lively town on the northeastern coast of Malta. Our apartment is located just off the promenade, known for its beautiful seafront and variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. The location is perfect for those looking to explore Malta's stunning coastline and beaches, as well as the historical capital city of Valletta, which is only a short ferry ride away. Sliema is also a great base for water sports and diving, as well as for business travelers. The area is well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the rest of the island. Whether you're here for a short break or a longer stay, Sliema has something to offer for everyone.
Getting around Sliema and Malta is easy from our apartment. The location is well connected by public transport, with bus stops and ferries nearby. The bus system is efficient and frequent, and can take you to many popular destinations around the island. The apartment is also located near the Sliema ferry terminal, from which you can take a short ferry ride to the historic capital city of Valletta, as well as other nearby towns. Taxis are also readily available in the area. For those who prefer to explore on foot, the promenade and the town centre are just a short walk away. With its great location, our apartment is the perfect base for exploring all that Malta has to offer.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. Very important notes before booking:
