Pontos negativos: Check-in e comunicação
So firstly, the place is actually quite nice. I don't have many complaints about the actual place to stay. What was bad was the following:
Communication with the host was impossible - i sent 3 messages over my stay and got a response only on one. And the phone number link doesn't go to the host.
The check in process - they literally send you information on check-in 30minutes before your stay? And the person who picks up the phone seems to be apart of a call center - he had no idea about the property in question.
The floors were so dirty. Everything else was clean and nice as expected. Walking bare foot in this apartment is like walking bare foot in a coal mine.
THE CONSTRUCTION - This is in bold because it is crazy. Literally construction going on from 7am - 7pm everyday. Its so so noisy. Literally entire apartment blocks being built to the left and infront of where you stay ALL DAY LONG. The noise is crazy. This wasan't listed on the place anywhere - and trying to communicate this with them doesn't work either.
The place is nice, if they just spoke to you, cleaned the floors and atleast warned you about the construction it'd be a 5/5. But when im just trying to find simple details out and never get a response its incredibly frustrating.
I normally don't review, but this one particularly annoyed me. I would've uploaded videos of a crane being above my head - but they dont allow videos.
