"Older property needing upgrading. Appears to be a work in progress. Very roomy, but minimally furnished; such as large living room with only one sofa, no other seating in the room…bring some chairs with you if you need a place to sit. Large master bathroom, but lacks a toilet paper holder. No nightstands in the master bedroom. Didn’t realize we needed to check on those kind of things before booking, just expected them to be there. Will inquire further before any future booking. The price...

"This home was perfect for accomodating us while we packed up and moved our kids from TTU. The covered parking and long driveway gave us room to park our truck and trailer. The house was inviting and equipped with everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend this property if you are traveling through Lubbock!"

"What a great house! Well equipped, clean throughout, newly remodeled. The view of the Lake is amazing... Hard to believe this view is so close to Lubbock. Really Beautiful!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay while visiting Texas Tech. Very spacious home with privacy for 2 couples to share. Short drive to campus with off street parking for 2 vehicles. Only complaint was that it was warm at night, however the host did provide fans for each of the bedrooms which helped. "

"What a fantastic home to celebrate multiple special occasions all in one weekend! The location was perfect—nestled in a peaceful, newer neighborhood—and the home looked exactly like the photos: clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed.
