"Only negative was that there wasn't an elevator. Staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and provided great service. Reception staff helped with baggage due to some of us being a bit incapacitated."

"Had I known that the room and where we needed to register were in two separate locations (10 minute walk in the rain) I would not have booked this place. Parking was said to be easily accessible on the street was not true at the time. Other than that, the room was acceptable."

I would highly recommend to communicate with the host ahead of time, because while the contact phone number is listed at multiple points on the property, it can be difficult for a traveler without phone service. I was traveling from another country and had data only, I was fortunate to have a local person lend me their phone so I could check in that first evening. That is my only advice for anyone wanting to stay...

"Já é minh 4a estadia. Adoro os quartos com vista para o rio. Hotel foi renovado, quartos mais modernos, mudanças no restaurante e café, mantendo-se excelente. Staff é o ponto alto do hotel, funcionários atenciosos. Breakfast continental €7,50 atende bem. Ponto baixo foi o Wi-Fi: quarto 209 ok mas no 318 péssimo "
