"Well where to start. We stayed 3 nights but only slept there. The Good....the lady in the office was an abdolute gem. She is probably the best thing about this place. She was so incredibly helpful and kind. We would have left if it wasn't for her. The Bad.... the rooms were big but the room was a little worse for wear, holes burnt into the couch, floor boards broken, hole in bathroom door. Cabinetry missing. "I visited for a conference. The location is right on the major bus route to the Seattle Convention Center, which also passes by in front of the Pike Place Market. The bus is also very frequent; for five days, I could conveniently travel around by bus and light rail with minimal walking effort. The staff was very nice. I needed to iron my shirt to dress up, and the staff provided me with one, which I really appreciated. The location is within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores....

"The front desk staff on check in and check out were incredibly helpful and friendly. The shuttle was clean and very useful to get to the hotel from the airport. Despite the traffic, our shuttle driver was friendly and did her best to make the trip quick. We were lucky to be placed into an updated and renovated room which was lovely! The bed and sheet were comfortable. I hope the lobby and breakfast areas get renovated, as they are a bit dated looking. The outside of the property was well...
