The living room is communicating with the master bedroom (2 coupled single bed) on upper floor by tree steps. Both rooms are equipped with bathroom with shower box, fire place, little kitchen with heating pad, refrigerator, double sink and cabinets. Large shaded veranda of a big magnolia tree equipped with sink and external roofed gas cooker, tables and chairs. Adjacent access to the large panoramic terrace.
House JASMINE outbuilding which is a large independent studio consists of two areas dedicated to the kitchenette, and small living room with adjacent bathroom with shower box and sleeping area with double bed and a beautiful fireplace.
In the living area, equipped with all the accessories to eat, there are heating pad for breakfast, refrigerator, coffee table with chairs with double sink and cabinets. In front, on the sea side, you can enjoy a wide panoramic terrace with tables and chairs and canopy. In this large studio you can enjoy of 2 places bed and ther'is a possibility to arrange a third optional bed for child. Ceramic floors. Floors and walls of the bathroom ceramic white and blue sea color with crystal sliding doors.. Direct access to common shaded RELAX area with tables and chairs under the grove below with lemon trees. Access to the outdoor kitchen with gas cooker, sink and a wood BBQ.

- The private SECRET SPORADES Residence consists of 4 independent villas of various sizes, (DAHLIA, VIOLET, CAMELIA, and ERIKA) and three detached houses (including JASMINE and VERONICA) with a total maximum capacity of about 28 adults and 4 children.
- Through the common shady garden equipped with outdoor showers, you enter the large private park of olive and almond trees where there is a private health path that leads you to the private coastline below. (About 15/20 minutes of walking).
With calm sea, the water is very clear and excellent for snorkeling. We recommend the maximum attention to children and guests who can not swim to whom we recommend the use of suitable equipment. Our private coast is in its natural state and is not equipped for sea rescue. We recommend shoes for the rock. (See photo / video).
- Also within the private Residence SECRET SPORADES there are common areas of aggregation that can give the possibility also to organize group activities and leisure activities such as dance groups, painting enthusiasts, events, entertainment, meditation, acting, gymnastics, party invitation or organized by guests and more.
In fact, inside the Complex you will find:
- A LARGE PANORAMIC TERRACE with perimeter sitting, where we also had the honor of hosting the dance school folk Skopelos complete with orchestra sponsored by guests. On that occasion, we took advantage of the fully covered outdoor kitchen adjacent to the LARGE TERRACE with a wood oven and barbecue, sink and gas cooker, the fridges room and 2 outdoor baths dedicated to these occasions.
- A grove with shady lemon trees where there is a RELAX AREA also organized overview with tables and chairs, where you can stand to chat with a drink, play a game of cards or read a book quietly.
- Various OUTDOOR ROOFED KITCHENS that allow you to play a more demanding kitchen, avoiding stay warm inside the home and make the whole house smelling.
- The LAUNDRY ROOM is available to all guests with a reservation time to avoid unpleasant expectations.
From any point of the Residence, the sea is always present and, when the afternoon comes to sunset all are quick to return to admire the sun goes down behind the island of Skiathos, creating a fantastic atmosphere of colors in the sky and in the sea. The private Complex of independent residences (SECRET SPORADES) is located on the seaside of the old village of KLIMA from which it is separated by two access gates. Each house within the Residence enjoys a wide view on the island of Skiathos, the smaller islands around the island of Evia, Mount Pelion on the mainland, the marina and the town of Glossa which, when illuminated in the evening, offering a panoramic breathtaking with exceptional sunsets. The old village of Klima has just over a hundred houses that have been restored in recent years by an international community. Only the main street allows the circulation of the car to the central square of the village, where they stop the car right time to unload luggage or heavy objects and then return to the municipal parking nearby. It 'also why this place is being preferred by families who can vacate their kids as there is no car traffic.
