Overview
Villa Diona is located in Glossa, Skopelos. This detached vacation
rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 10
people with 5 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms. There is a private pool with
barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to the Beach.
Layout

The main entry door leads into a hallway which gives access to the
living area and bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as stairs down to
the bedrooms on the lower floor. The extremely spacious and comfortable
living area has the traditional wooden ceiling, large sofas, open
fireplace and satelliteTV with enormous glass sliding doors which open
onto the large balcony from which to take advantage of the amazing
views. The large living room also has a dining area for the odd day
when you may not wish to dine outside and this is situated off the
fully fitted, modern kitchen which comes complete with a full cooker,
microwave, coffee maker, fridge and plenty of storage cupboards. A
convenient door leads from the kitchen out to the built-in BBQ and
alternative dining area which is situated close to the private parking
area for the villa. The balcony itself wraps around three sides of the
villa with an extremely comfortable sitting area, lounge chairs and a
shaded dining area to the front overlooking the sea, a marble dining
table and gas BBQ to one side looking towards the hillside town of
Glossa and further loungers to the other side which looks down the
island towards Elios/Neo Klima. The two generous and beautifully
furnished double bedrooms on the ground floor are across the hallway
from the living area along with one family bathroom and one bedroom
having its own shower room/wc. Both bedrooms have traditional wooden
ceilings and large glass doors giving access to the balcony and superb
views across the Aegean Sea. Stairs from the hallway in Villa Diona
lead down to two further double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and family
bathroom. On the lower floor, one of the bedrooms has an amazing master
suite which comprises a large double bed, en-suite shower room and
large sitting area with comfortable sofas. Large glass doors again take
advantage of the wonderful views and give access to the lower terrace,
furnished with tables and chairs for that late night glass of wine. The
other double bedroom has its own en suit shower room/wc. This double
bedroom along with the twin bedroom have access to the lower terrace
through glass doors overlooking the same panoramic views. The outside
area features a private pool with amazing sea views, sun loungers,
parasols, pergola, outside dining area, and barbecue.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
