Here is a sofa, a table and chairs – and there is also a new downstairs bathroom with marble top, shower and plenty of storage space. A wooden staircase leads up to the large master bedroom. A further flight of stairs leads off the bedroom and up to a wonderful, partly shaded roof terrace - the retaining wall is quite low, so it’s not suitable for young children. Here you have everything you need – a summer kitchen, a barbecue, table and chairs, sunbeds and a magnificent views over the rooftops of the town and across the harbour. From the very moment you arrive it feels calm and cool, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. You will not want to move! This house is a perfect mix between traditional decoration and functional modern comfort,. You will feel very comfortable here. An archway leads from the entrance hall to the comfortable living room, comprising a lounge area and an open kitchen, which is well-equipped and includes a tove, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, Nespresso Machine, toaster and kettle and has a marble worktop. Next to the kitchen there is a counter with two stools. You can also sit at a round table or on the two sofas in the living room. There are bookshelves with a Lot of books, CD’s and a CD player. The bathroom provides a shower, WC and washbasin, and combines history and modern times. Wooden stairs lead to the open sleeping area with two separate single beds, which stand one next to the other as a double bed (each 90 x 200cm, box spring mattresses). The unique old parquet floors are very eye-catching, as well as the high ceilings. A little greek table, two chairs and an antique sofa adorn the sleeping area, which has a silent fan and air conditioning for warm and cold function. Hand towels are provided, but you should bring your own beach towels.
The third floor tops the cosy interior. Stairs lead to the breathtaking roof terrace of 30 m², partly sunny and partly in the shade, providing a grill, a marble sink for washing up breakfast crockery, terrace furniture and a 270-degree view over the roofs of the town and along the harbour. You can park by the harbour, about 600 metres from the accommodation, next to a bus stop and a taxi stand. Parking is generally free in Skopelos.

It is a five-minute walk to the harbour via steps, and it is 200 metres to the sea. You can end the day in a restaurant 500 metres away. It is definitely worth seeing the Agios Ioannis Church, the Vakratsa House Museum, the harbour at Glossa. Nature lovers will also enjoy it here.
