"The hotel is in the perfect location and staff was very welcoming and helpful. They are helpful when calling cabs to downtown or around the area and when you have questions about the area. Service at the beach, pool and breakfast is not perfect but you can tell who is there to work and improve and who is just there because they have to be."

The spa makes mistakes in the schedules, they changed treatments without even asking if i could, and the nutritionist was always presenting a diet with foods i was intolerant to and that he knew so because he had my intolerance report with him.
