Downstairs, the large bedroom has an inviting kingsize bed and elegant free standing bath tub. There is also an en-suite wet room.

Just a few minutes walk to the main hub of the town, Lindale Cottage is perfectly positioned to make the most of Skipton’s many attractions including a Roman Castle, an attractive high street with a weekly market and a fantastic selections of bars, restaurants, pubs and cafés. The Leeds Liverpool canal runs through the market town offering some fantastic boat trips as well as a selection of delightful eateries dotted along it’s banks. The Yorkshire Dales National Park lies just a couple of miles away with wonderful walking through some of the most scenic landscapes in the country. The area is also a mecca for cyclists, having been featured on the Tour de Yorkshire route, the undulating hills and winding country lanes snake for miles. Lindale Cottage also offers secure bike storage in the adjoining garage.

Other country persuits in the area include golf, pony trekking, rock climbing and even clay pigeon shooting. If you’re wanting to relax, then why not teat yourself to a pampering spa day or indulge in some fine dining at the Michelin star restaurant Angel At Hetton.
