"This property had absolutely everything. We had 11 adults and 12 children. We aged in range from 2 months to 70. The space for cooking, sleeping, relaxing and playing was wonderful. Don't bring beach towels, pool toys, lawn toys or any indoor games because this house has it all. Plenty of life vests for boating unless you have small ones that you prefer in a fitted size to them. "We had an incredible time during our stay at Lake Gaston thanks to our helpful hostess providing a lovely property to spend our trip at. The backyard had a great firepit, a choice of grills for BBQing, and plenty of seating to spend dinner with family and friends. The boat launch being in the backyard also allowed convenient access to drop in for water activities whenever we wanted. Will definitely have to visit again for our next lake trip. and friends. "

We spent all day in the pool or lake. 3 generations, 3 kids under 7 who all want to live at MacDaddy. We hired a chef for 4 days and rented baby equipment making it a very relaxing week. "Wonderful cottage tucked away in a cove off of the main lake. Stocked with all of the things you need while you’re away from home. We throughly enjoyed the property and all of the amenities. If you are looking for the perfect weekend away with your family, friends and furry companion this is the place for you. Katie was a wonderful host and very responsive. Our week was perfect and we look forward to coming back. "

"This is an adorable lake home. Our family (children and grandchildren had a wonderful time. It had everything we needed . Plenty of towels! Location is close to stores. Nice to dock our boat and jet ski at boat house. Shallow slant for children to play safely in water. Nice and cool downstairs for sleeping! We had all our meals on back covered deck! Thank you Pat! Definitely recommend this home!"
