"The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. "A estadia foi boa. Porém o upgrade de quarto que o Hotéis.com diz que o hotel oferece tendo disponibilidade de quartos por eu ser cliente Gold, não é real. Pois havia disponibilidade de quarto no hotel, mas a recepção informou que desconhece isso. Ainda disse que se tivesse feito diretamente com o hotel, poderia sim receber um upgrade!"
