Overall the property is very good. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. The reception and common areas are impressive. However, the condition of the room was not great, in fact it did not meet Marriott standards.

The room was very clean, but very tired. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls the lights in the bathroom were flickering loads and took ages to turn on. Overall a very well maintained and safe property. Only issue we had was ants in the kitchen and some grass roots coming through where the ants were coming through and some of the foot stools had cobs webs under them. We vacuumed it all but the ants kept coming back.
