"I didn't go to breakfast. I put something from a restaurant in the fridge, but didn't realize it hadn't been turned on. They may have just opened for the season -- the room was musty. What I REALLY didn't like was even though I kept the 'do not disturb' sign up, someone opened my door every day. At least they weren't hiding it, as they tucked the sign in such a way that it was obvious that they had done this. Maybe they were checking - every day -- to make sure I wasn't dead? "

In general, higher priced and better featured properties are behind and around the central mansion area of the property. Across the street where the golf course is are more affordably priced, and likely independently owned condominiums that are essentially managed. This can create some confusion on arrival based on the fact that you need to check in across the street...

"The hotel wasn't much to look at from the road, but the room was clean and updated. The lock to the room was a little odd and hard to work, but not a deal breaker. Check in staff was great, the hotel was very quiet for being right on route 6, and we were right in thy middle of everything we wanted to do. Great value for the price."

"This is a review for Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod. A few months prior to our trip, Ocean Park Inn, called to say they moved us to the Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod. Seems someone wanted to rent the entire Ocean Park Inn. The Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod is a decent hotel, but it caters more to families and can be quite noisy from 8am to 10pm. Our room was on the 2nd floor, facing the indoor pool, which only added to the noise level. Additionally, the excessive heat and humidity...

"Easy access to conservation areas and National Seashore great! The motel is old and needs work. Door with screen into little patio did not close. Microwave was OK. Hot water dispenser didn't work. King bed was comfortable. Interior paint job needs retouching. Plenty of hot water. Heating/AC way too loud."

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

"We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."

"For the price not worth , the area is not good for eat , everything is expensive around and also you can not find everything, for example if you want to go to famous food chains like mc donalds , Burguer king , Walmart etc , you will have to go so far for find it , the traffic in the area is a nightmare .
