"The property was lovely, just as described. Very close to the village shops, pub and railway station. Plenty of parking available.The house was clean and nicely furnished.Only one point to mention and that is that the baths are rather tri ky to get out of due to sloping ceilings. Property price was reasonable, would definitely stay again."

As we hired a car the garage is good to have - the Ford Kuga was a bit of a squeeze but it did fit.Would stay there again if we are back in Poole."

"The property is over 3 floors with the shower and cloakroom on the ground floor. The stairs between the floors are a little daunting being spiral with narrow treads, I would say definitely not suitable for the elderly and are more than a little precarious to navigate, that aside, this is a beautiful well appointed cottage and in a great location for shops, restaurants and dog walks."

"The bungalow is situated overlooking the sea at Southbourne and has some amazing views. Overall the property was clean and the beds were comfortable so did us fine for the couple of nights we stayed. However the kitchen is in desperate need of renovation/maintenance as its very 1970s and starting to fall apart. Similarly the bathroom could also do with some modernisation and the garden would benefit from some work as was looking very overgrown. If this was addressed it would definitely improve...

"Had my sister's hen do here and the host was soo helpful, arranging an early check in and answering all my questions beforehand on messenger and when we arrived she welcomed us and gave us local info and was so hospitable. The house was beautiful and has everything you could need for a big gathering! "

The house has been very well updated in many areas.The property is safe for children as two visiting grandchildren enjoyed the house and the sunny garden.
