"Based on previous ratings I expected more, but it wasn't the case. Place was outdated and could use more cleaning. Ice Maker only one and far from our room. Had to use stairs to room. Never found an elevator. Room had a smell as if it was old and could use a deep clean. Carpets need to be replaced as they felt like you had to wear shoes all the time."

"We loved the amazing view and access to the ocean. Reviews were great so my wife booked it for me and kiddos. Unfortunately there was a problem with the cleanliness of the room which was not addressed by front desk staff but dismissed as “not true”. Not sure he got the memo that the customer is always right. Went to talk with cleaning staff who took photos and after shared with front desk staff who once again dismissed me and denied the possibility that his staff missed it. Could be a freak...
