Spanning 320 square metres across two levels, Seafront Villa Solaryth accommodates up to eighteen guests in nine master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The ground floor features a spacious contemporary living area with uninterrupted sea views, an elegant dining space seating ten guests, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, alongside five of the en suite bedrooms. The lower level hosts four additional en suite master bedrooms, offering comfort and seclusion for larger parties.



The outdoor spaces are designed for effortless relaxation and entertaining, with expansive terraces, shaded pergolas, lounge and al fresco dining areas, a large private swimming pool and direct access to a sandy beach just steps away. The setting is peaceful and secluded, framed by crystal-clear waters and sweeping coastal views, ideal for leisurely breakfasts, sunset cocktails and memorable dinners outdoors. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi, cable television, barbecue facilities, a washing machine and a private helipad, making it suitable for families, high-end stays and special events.



Daily cleaning is included, along with a meet and greet on arrival, signature bath amenities and linen changes twice weekly. Events can be arranged only with prior written agreement and at an additional cost. A wide range of optional services is available at extra charge, including private chef service, airport transfers, vehicle hire, yacht and luxury boat charters, guided day tours, spa and wellness treatments, villa pre-stocking, extra housekeeping and private security. Shops and restaurants are within a ten-minute drive, Xerokampos beach is three minutes away, and Sitia and its public airport are approximately one hour by car. Pets are not permitted, and a refundable security deposit and any requested additional services or event arrangements are charged separately.
