All apartments are five. There are three on the ground floor and two on the 1st floor (10-15 stairs)All apartments have 2 bedrooms( one with double bed,iron, satelite tv, air condition,wardrobe, safe box, free /strong sign wifi and window with garden view )and other one bedroom with 2 single beds, air-condition, dresser, suitcase furniture e.t.c) , bathroom with a shower, kitchen(fridge,oven, coffee maker, e.t.c).Veranda with sea-pool view, table and chairs for relaxing and eating meals. Free laundry service is provided also as swimming pool towels. All apartments have been decorated by Nectarios's sister - a very famour artist/decorator in Sitia who is a jewel artist as well.There is a big swimming pool-suitable even for small children- , with sunbeds near the garden and a comfortable hammock beside the pool.Beautiful garden with trees and plants,comfortable sofas by the pool for relaxing , secure enviromment for children, private parking. Our propery is 2klm driving from the Centre of Sitia,away from noise and crowded places.It's 1 klm near the organized beach and 100 meters near the sea.The owners Nectarios and Kelly(gymnastic and music teachers) are willing and happy for everyone.Nectarios is all day around our property , offering cold drinks and coffee to everyone is around the pool, discussing with our clients as a friend, about making a good plan of the days of their stay( recommending them all the MUST places to visit, to swim, to eat, to discover our nature, to visit arceological places, shops , cafeterias or nightlife bars.
