STAYS OUT OF HIGH SEASON:

Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. With its South-West orientation and being very sunny all day, the Villa is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. Its rate is very tight in these periods.

We have monthly rates in low season for 1 month up to 5 months (November to March) very attractive !!!. Consult them.

IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF PAYMENT AND FEES:

1) You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or by bank transfer.

The Vrbo Assistance service can be contracted with both payment methods. It allows you to use your customer service and assistance during your stay.

2 - Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets/towels for the pool and bath. If 2 weeks are booked, there are 2 cleanings, etc.

3 - This cleaning has a cost of 200 € / week in 2022 and 225 € / week in 2023.

4 - Tourist tax: 1€ / Adult / Day for the first 7 days.

5 - In low season: 800 € for water, lighting and gas based on actual consumption. House heating supplement 300 € / week.
