Spacious flat of 100m2 (1100 sqft), bright, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped. One minute from the beach and in the historic centre of Sitges. Perfect for six to eight people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, balcony, living room with large dining room and two sofas, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning. Equipped to enjoy your stay and your holidays to the fullest: Smart TV in living room and all bedrooms, umbrellas, beach towels and blankets, beach toys, basic food for cooking, fast Wi-Fi etc.

The spacious living room has a large dining table and two sofas. The living room and the two bedrooms are air-conditioned. The entire apartment is equipped with heating. The three double beds in the bedrooms are of different widths: 180cm, 150cm, and 135cm. The sofa bed sofa bed in the living room has a comfortable mattres inside (140cm x 200cm x 12cm). The larger terrace has 10m2 (110 sqft) and a quiet surrounding, ideal for having a meal, for relaxing, or for sunbathing in the morning. From the smaller balcony you can watch the life on the street "Bonaire", sunbath in the afternoon, and also partially see the sea.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother etc. On the terrace, you will find a washing machine.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The entrance area and the corridors ensure privacy in the bedrooms. The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator).

The apartment is located in the popular old town and in a pedestrian zone. Numerous shopping and nightlife options as well as the beach promenade are in the immediate vicinity. The train station is within 5-minute walking distance.

You can unload and load your suitcases near the building. The closest paid covered parking is 5 minutes away on foot. Free on-street parking is approx. 10 minutes away.

The apartment is equipped with one cot, which we provide for free on request.

By train or car you can reach the center of Barcelona in about 40 minutes. Barcelona Airport can be reached in 30-40 minutes by public transport, or about 30 minutes by car.
