The Sea and Sand Penthouse is an elegant penthouse located on a semi-pedestrian street in the heart of Sitges. All shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife are just a few meters away. You can even walk to the beach.

The penthouse is approximately 95 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on the 4th and top floor of a building with an elevator.

The apartment has three air conditioning units, one in the living room and two in the bedrooms. It also offers Wi-Fi internet access. Upon entering, guests will find a bright and airy living room with a comfortable sofa, a plasma TV, and a table with six chairs. Large sliding doors open onto a spacious covered terrace with lovely views of Sant Francesc Street and the rooftops of Sitges. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a small table with seating for up to four people.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and is en suite, with its own private bathroom featuring a hydromassage shower. There is a second bedroom, also with a double bed, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed and a sofa bed. This room opens onto a quiet rear terrace. We hope our guests feel like locals and enjoy the exclusivity of this apartment in the heart of Sitges.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
