Duplex in the center of Sitges, 5 minutes walk from the beach, close to restaurants and the pedestrian center of the city.

With capacity for 7 people, this apartment has two floors. On the first floor you will find the living room, the kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay (fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher...) and access to a large terrace with awning, where you can enjoy the sun and the views of the city. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed (3 single beds in total). Both bedrooms have access to a small interior balcony where the washing machine and dryer are located. There is also a full bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor, in the attic, you will find a full bathroom with a shower and two single beds. The apartment, which is a penthouse, is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. The building has an elevator and you can also use a parking space.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
