Up the steps to the front door- Be amazed as you enter and see a wood kayak suspended from the ceiling along with a gallery wall full of beautiful local artwork featuring pieces like “Black Butte at sunset” and “Horses outrun the wind”

The great room features an expansive 17' vaulted ceiling, huge floor to ceiling windows with so much light and views to the huge wrap around upper deck. With warm wood ceilings and a new cozy electric fireplace! The Large Horse Photography Art pieces line the wall as a nod to Black Butte Ranch equine residents. Designer furnishings, and high top bar tables against the floor to ceiling glass windows to create the perfect view of the trees and golf course. We also included a telescope for night time stargazing.
This Entertainer's dream kitchen has a huge crystal and glass chandelier complete with stone countertops, soft close cabinets, top-of-the-line appliances, an island bar with barstools. As well as a beautiful wood dining table for enjoying meals with friends and family! Also provided a full selection of spices and cooking oils,
The chefs kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, crockpot, griddle, waffle maker, blender, children's high chair, and all the equipment you need to fix amazing meals with family and friends. Dine indoors or out!
A fully stocked coffee bar awaits you, equipped with all the coffee styles you love, Drip Coffee, Keurig, French press, espresso machine, a full selection of teas, electric kettle, & even a hot cocoa bar and mini marshmallows for the kids!
Kids Amenities- step stool, pack-n-play, plastic utensils, cups, plates, high chair & a snoopy waffle maker! Also 2 playrooms, toys, books, games galore!
Kids secret playroom- access only by ladder there is a secret portal to a dress up old west themed play room! Full of old west outfits and cowboy hats and props of all shapes and sizes. An old west photo booth and backdrop sure to delight our smaller guests!
Kids Forest Camping Playroom Under the stairs and just beyond the saloon doors on the lower floor this hideaway features a wall of pine trees, a soft plush campfire, twinkling fairy lights and lots of kids toys/books, games and activities.
The washer/dryer is located on the lower floor behind Hallway closet doors. Steamer, ironing board and stocked with laundry supplies for your convenience.
Bath amenities: You know the old saying, just bring your toothbrush well not here- you don’t even have to bring that!! We provide toothbrushes in case you forget yours, also sunscreen, sewing kit, lotion, deodorant, lip balm and so many other toiletries that you are welcome to use in the “forget me basket!”
Bedroom #1 King En- Suite Main Floor features a custom mural of white birch trees with a king bed that is plush/medium. It has a double cloud pillow top cover for ultra comfort, but if you prefer firm you can simply remove it to find your perfect level. There is a twin fold out sleeper chair in this room- perfect for that extra sleeping option. The Walk in shower bathroom has been fully remodeled to a sleek black slate tile with stone top vanity and a modern elegant design. Bedroom has a smart tv.
Bedroom #2 King En-Suite Main Floor has a Mural of misty mountains and features a king bed, plush/medium mattress and double pillow top cover for the ultimate nights sleep. Bedroom has a smart tv. Walk in shower bathroom attached.
Bedroom #3 - 2 Queen bedroom- Lower Floor- This two queen room with two double cloud mattress has a custom mural of a canopy of trees on the ceiling so it appears you are sleeping under the forest canopy! Room includes as a smart tv.
Bedroom #4- Bunk Room- lower level- 2 sets of Queen and twin XL beds. For a total of 2 queens and 2 twin XL beds. The ceiling here is a custom mural of a starry night sky, complete with a smart tv and an interactive nightlight to create the stars moving along the ceiling for the full night sky experience.
All bedrooms equipped with Egyptian cotton bedding and hypoallergenic pillows. All pillows & mattresses have waterproof covers for highest level of guest cleanliness. Bathrooms feature luxury ultra-plush Australian cotton towels.
We also have a 2 twin bamboo/memory foam fold out beds located in the closet on King Suite #2 , a twin sleeper fold out chair in King Suite #1 and a linen closet full of plenty of extra pillows, sheets, and blankets. No shortage of sleeping options!
There are two high top desks in upper living area- We set this home up for those that want to vacation but may also need to get a little work done. It has the perfect peaceful forest views to inspire your most brilliant work. If you work remote, it's a great place to get away while still having an office area. Also for my creative geniuses out there- this is the perfect spot to paint, or write your next novel.
We have tons of board games, cards, puzzles, snd more. All TVs are 4k smart TVs, so feel free to login to your favorite apps and stream on our 1GB highspeed internet.
The lower level theater living room has a huge leather sectional with upper table top to hold all your snacks and drinks and a huge 85" big screen tv that is perfect for movie nights or sports. Enjoy!
Garage Game Room has a Foosball table, card table, 72” smart tv with a Sony Playstation 5, an infinity game table which allows you to play tons of board games electronically, cards, classic and new collection of games and so much more! Also a custom arcade cocktail table with over 400 games, as well as a Golden Tee arcade game and large Leather sectional perfect for chillin in the game room!
Enjoy an 1,100+ sq ft deck in the sun and shade, two gas fire pits, BBQ grill, hot tub, Adirondack chairs, sectional sofa, 2 sun lounger chairs, 2 egg chair swings, hammock, an outdoor bar, outdoor barrel sauna, hot tub and stunning views of the nature, trees and abundant wildlife . You can see a ton of stars here at night- use the telescope for star proper star gazing.
There is a barrel sauna located around the corner of the upper deck, as well as a 8 person hot tub equipped with bluetooth speaker and led lights, and waterfall feature on the lower deck.
There is also a swing built into the trees near the driveway for some extra fun!
Enjoy a relaxing walk among the trees where you will likely encounter some of our local wildlife (we have several families of deer, rabbits, and various birds). Central Oregon is a great place for cyclists too; check out the Sisters to Smith Rock Scenic Bikeway (one of the most beautiful rides in the country!
Lower storage room under entrance stairs with bikes and sleds available for guests to use, golf rack and ski rack storage there as well.

HOA QUIET HOURS: 9pm-8am, but please keep noise down at all times (we have neighbors who live here full time).
# OF GUESTS: No unregistered guests. If your guest # changes, please alter it on the app right away and let us know.
PEOPLE/PARTIES: Only registered guests staying at the home are allowed on the premises. No parties are allowed.
PETS: Pets are Welcome 1 dog for a fee no cats or other animals
SMOKING: No smoking/vaping/drugs.
PARKING: Max of 3 vehicles in the driveway and 1 up on property along the road. No trailers, campers, Uhauls, RVs, buses, or boats. Only standard cars and trucks are allowed on-site.
OTHER: Please remove shoes inside the house, if possible. Snow is frequent in the winter months we do our best to plow when needed.
CHECK IN is 4:00pm and CHECK OUT is 11am
