Golf Home #112 offers a comfortable and flexible sleeping setup: two spacious bedrooms downstairs, each featuring a king bed, and an upstairs master suite with a king bed and private ensuite. All 3 bedroom have streaming TVs. For additional guests, the loft area includes several air mattresses with bedding, making it ideal for families or groups needing extra space. With tasteful decor and cozy furnishings, every guest is sure to enjoy a restful night's sleep.

* Golf Home #112 is equipped with a smart lock located on the front door. Guests will receive key code and arrival information 48-72 hours before check-in.

⭐ BBR Daily Resort Fee ⭐
Black Butte Ranch charges an additional 12% access and recreation fee on top of the nightly rental rate. This fee will be collected from the renter through the booking website and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on their behalf.
⭐ Cleaning and Sanitation ⭐
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process between each guest.
⭐ No Pets ⭐
We love furry friends, but our home is unable to accommodate them.
⭐ No Smoking ⭐
Please refrain from smoking inside or near the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee for odor removal.
⭐ No Parties/Events ⭐
We kindly ask that you not exceed our maximum guest count. Please adhere to local quiet hours of 10pm until 7am. Any noise complaints will result in additional fees.
There is a Community Fee that helps with hot tub service and maintenance.

Renters must display parking pass at all times. Failure to display may result in ticket or towing of vehicle at vehicle owner's expense.

Never stand on hot tub cover. Renter will be responsible for any damage due to misuse.
All guests and vehicles must register at the Welcome Center upon arrival to Black Butte Ranch.
