"Had a lovely time at Little Bear Cove, was very well maintained and clean. Great place to stay for weekend with dogs and visit Mammoth Cave National Park. "

"We thought the cottage was quiet and secluded. Everything was easily accessible and the porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The firepit was far enough from the house to not make everything smell Smokey. Wildlife was beautiful to include a skink (lizard), deer, cat and a screech owl at night. The Lakeside Cafe at the end of the road was absolutely delicious! Pizzas were amazing and cinnamon rolls and breakfast casseroles were scrumptious before heading out to the caves. "

"Nice property in beautiful area. Well kept, furnished and clean except for some cobwebs here and there up high. Loved the view and furnishings on the balcony. The listing says "5 min walk to SEE the lake", but be prepared that you can't actually get to the lake, you can just see it from behind someone else's property.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others."

"We loved our stay here- host was very quick to respond and take care of us, and the house was clean, cozy and comfortable. We never felt the need to go anywhere, we just stayed on the lake the whole time! The toys and lake things made it a wonderful trip for our kids. We’ll be back! "

"From check in to check out we had a great time. There are 98 stairs going down to the lake so be ready to exercise. It’s worth it! The lake is beautiful and peaceful. The property had everything we needed and more. Beach towels and life jackets were available to use which was really nice. It was dog friendly with gates on the deck. Hosts were helpful, friendly and responsive. 5 stars "

"The cabin was beautiful and we really enjoyed the hot tub and jacuzzi tub each night. We made some good memories there. It was so quiet and far from the everything. I stayed on the front porch swing most days and nights. So relaxing! Perfect place to unwind and reconnect. We went horseback riding at JJ stables right down the road. They were amazing. We also visited mammoth cave, lost river cave, and Nashville. Even though it’s remote and most things took a while to get to, it was great! The...
