"Always stay here the night before travelling on Le Shuttle. 30 mins to the terminal. Large car park immediately adjacent to the hotel. Reception staff always welcoming. Rooms spacious with an excellent shower. Only downside is the range of services next door at the service station. OK if you like McDonalds! Improvement with Leon when you can navigate the ordering process! Good news is that there are some good pubs nearby with restaurant attached. Really good value - usually half price...

"Good clean room. Bathroom looked as if it had been recently refurbished and was immaculate. A bigger bath mat in the shower cubicle would be advisable as the floor does get slightly slippy. Air con would have been useful, especially in the recent hot weather. Breakfasts were good but took a long time to arrive."

The AC in the health club wasn’t working, which made exercising very difficult on a warm spring day. The conditioner pump in the shower didn’t work. The sofa bed, which was advertised to accommodate two, was very, very small. Our upstairs neighbours woke us up at 4am, and loud doors slamming could be heard throughout the night. "Our room number 8 was beautiful- we had a roast on Sunday evening which was delicious- breakfast the next morning, full English was perfect! Would highly recommend and will be returning- super friendly staff and a perfect little night away"

"Very helpful and friendly staff, it was a heatwave and unfortunately the fan we were given could not cut the heat which led to a restless night with the sun streaming in from 5:30. Breakfast was tasty but limited due to staff and delivery issues but the staff that were available were going out of their way to keep issues to a minimum."
