A refined glass table will allow you to enjoy breakfasts and dinners in complete comfort, while the double sofa bed and the large flat-screen TV will offer you opportunities for relaxation.



The night area has a spacious double bedroom and a second bedroom also with a double bed, both with direct access to the terrace overlooking the harbour: the ideal place to start the day with a lake view breakfast. The bathroom, with refined white and black marble cladding, is windowed and equipped with shower, toilet and bidet.



Every room is equipped with air conditioning, the apartment also offers free Wi-Fi, a safe, and a convenient private garage. The brightness of the spaces is guaranteed by large French windows overlooking both the lake and the park with a swimming pool.
