This amazing apartment is located in the first floor provided with an elevator, a garage, extra outdoor parking space and free Wi-Fi. The entrance opens onto the living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a Smart TV, a dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a microwave, an orange juicer, an American coffee machine and a toaster. From the living room, guests have access to the private terrace provided from dining table, which offers a lovely setting for daily and evening relax. The apartment continues with two wide bedrooms, one coming with a queen size bed and wardrobe and the second one with two single beds, and a contemporary fitted bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine. Both bedrooms overlook the back terrace and have wonderful finishings, as the parquet flooring.



*The shared pool is available from May 15th till September 30th. Swimming cap is required.

Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.
