My spouse and I stayed at the property with another couple for two nights. We appreciated the cleanliness, the extra linens and towels, and the fully stocked kitchen. Chris was also great to work with and a prompt communicator. We would definitely recommend!

Not quite as expected

This is not a whole home rental. The listing mentions the stay is for the upstairs unit, but I didn’t realize there would be other guests behind a locked door to the basement during my stay. Given the house is very old, the floors creak throughout with every step, and the television was audible through the floor from whoever watching from the basement. I was also a bit disappointed that the fireplace was only an electric appliance that created a visual ambiance, but no heat. Finally, the property is actually 13 minute walk to the hospital. This won’t be obvious until you get the address after booking.
