This fine and affordable semi-detached house on park Duinland is within walking distance of the beach of Sint Maartenszee. The house is comfortable and spaciously furnished for 6 people. One dog is also welcome in this house.

The spacious, bright living room has a cozy décor overlooking the large garden. Through the patio door you enter the sunny terrace. The terrace flows into the large garden where you can relax. The bungalow has three bedrooms, one with a double bed. The other bedrooms each have two single beds. The neat bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The nice thing about this holiday home is that it can be rented together with the adjacent Duinland 89, then it becomes Duinland XL. Group accommodation Duinland XL is a holiday home for 10-12 people! This house is really a wonderful base for a holiday on the beach of Sint Maartenszee. In addition, the park has its own tennis court which is free of charge for the guests of the park.
