The interior exudes tranquility and comfort, with modern furniture and a light, airy layout. This tastefully decorated apartment is an oasis of serenity, where you can enjoy the endless view over the waters of the Oosterschelde National Park and the breathtaking skies and colors.

This beautiful apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. With a nice living room and kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and a handy storage room, this is the perfect place to enjoy your free time.
The sitting room and dining area are on the "beach side" of the house with a view over the Oosterschelde and the beach of Sint Annaland. The living room is furnished with a stylish two-seater sofa with organic shapes for a playful layout, a separate armchair, a coffee table, and a TV with furniture.
In the living area, there is a small height difference due to a wide staircase of a few steps between the sitting area and the dining area. The spacious, generous oval dining table seats six people, ideal for cozy dinners with family or friends.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare dishes for any time of the day; everything you need to make breakfast, enjoy lunch, or serve dinner in the evening is available, such as a hob, combi-microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle. Additionally, in the kitchen, there is an extra (bar) table against the wall with seating for three people, perfect for a quick bite or a cozy breakfast. The modern bathroom is equipped with a washbasin unit with open storage space, a washbowl, a large mirror, a walk-in shower with a rain shower, and a toilet. Everything you need for a refreshing start to the day.
The first bedroom is on the harbor side and has a comfortable box spring with two single mattresses (2x 90x210cm), bedside tables, bed lighting, a hanging/wardrobe, and a TV.
The second bedroom is on the beach side and also has a box spring with single mattresses (2x 90x200cm), bedside tables, bed lighting, and a wardrobe.
The apartment has two balconies with a total area of 34 m². On both sides of the apartment, there is a balcony, so you can always enjoy the sun or the shade. On the south/harbor side balcony, there is a nice garden set with six chairs and four sunbeds. And on the north/beachside balcony, you will find a cozy coffee table with two chairs.
If you are traveling with a little one up to 2 years old, we ask you to bring all the necessities for the little one, such as a travel cot, yourself. This way, you can enjoy your time away from home together without worries.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
Each apartment has its own parking space, but you can also park for free in the very nearby area. If you bring bicycles, you can safely store them in the storage room, and there is also a charging point for electric bicycles.

Enjoy the beautiful nature in and around Sint-Annaland. One of the most popular attractions is the Oosterschelde National Landscape. This unique ecosystem of mudflats, salt marshes, and tidal flats is ideal for walks, bike rides, and spotting birds and seals. For the active ones, there are plenty of recreational opportunities such as sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing.
Sint-Annaland has a rich history, with the highlight being the historic mills. The mill of Sint-Annaland, dating from the 18th century, offers a beautiful view of the surroundings. For culture lovers, there is the De Meestoof Regional Museum, located in the former town hall. Here you get a good picture of the local history and culture.
There is plenty to do in Sint-Annaland. Visit the De Meestoof Regional Museum to learn more about life and work in the past. Rent a Solex at Solex Verhuur Tholen and sustainably explore the area. For relaxation, you can go to the beach of Sint-Annaland, where you can dive and snorkel. Don't forget to bring your food and drinks, but there are also several restaurants in the village itself.
Sint-Annaland is perfect for families with children. Visit the 't Hof van Tholen play park or the De Kloet recreation park. There are also activities such as pony riding and archery. In the center of Sint-Annaland, you will find several restaurants. Try Heerlijckheid Havenzicht for a delicious dinner or enjoy fish dishes at Buutengaets in the marina. For a simple lunch, you can go to Brasserie De Deu-Braek.
