Beautiful cottage, consisting of 3 bedrooms + a small room, suitable for families ideal for 4 but suitable for 5 people maximum. 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms (only 1 with shower), large living room, garden, 1 terrace seaview, 1 patio , barbecue, TV , outdoor - and indoor - shower.
The villa is located in a convenient position just a few meters from the beautiful Solanas beach, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The villa is surrounded by a green garden, flowers and trees and is the ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends.

The house is on 2 levels. On the ground floor there are the living room, patio, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and three bedrooms, while in the upper floor there is an attic with living room function. Terrace and a private parking with garden in the 3 rd level.

The three bedrooms are 1 double, 1 single and 1 twin, you can tell us your reservation preferences.

All rooms are elegantly furnished, with bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.

Bed linen and towels are available on request - 15 euro per person fee apply not included in the rates.

The outdoor areas (terrace and garden) are equipped with a table / table, chairs and deckchairs to enjoy the open air space in relaxation and in convivial moments.

Some information also on Solanas: it is located 35 km from Cagliari and only 10 km from Villasimius.

In Solanas there are several restaurants, small supermarkets, kiosks, a pharmacy, a newsagent and other services.

At the entrance to the village there is an Environmental Education Center that often organizes activities for the little ones.

Every Tuesday morning, also in the vicinity of the pharmacy, an outdoor market takes place and is a good opportunity to buy vegetables or other typical products such as meats and cheeses directly from the producers.

During the summer there are several events that are organized in Solanas for both adults and children.

If you want to move freely, you have the possibility to make you book the car / motorbike and scooter with a Rent a car / scooter / motorbike that we often turn to and that offers really advantageous rates. No credit card is required for booking, but prepaid card is also accepted.

It is also possible to rent bicycles.
