The property is part of a gated community at the end of Via Lattea, accessible only to property owners and their guests. The location offers peace and quiet and easy access to the beach, even during peak season with no need to look for beach parking.
Surrounded by a garden, the 120 m² property consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers. Kitchen equipment include dishwasher, two refrigerators, separate freezer, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV, washing machine, mosquito screens in most of the windows.

LOCATION:
it is located in Torre delle Stelle - Sinnai (CA), a well-known holiday resort 30 km east of Cagliari and 15 km from the renowned Villasimius. It can be reached by taking the S.P. 17, a spectacular panoramic coastal road, dotted with magnificent beaches and coves. Or alternatively by taking the S.S. 554 and the S.S. 125 for Muravera/Arbatax, fast and straight, exiting at the junction for Via Leonardo Da Vinci/S.P. 17 towards Geremeas/Torre delle Stelle/Villasimius. Access is from the second entrance to the village, where the Ristorante Hotel Il Saraceno and the pharmacy are located. Continuing for a couple of kilometers towards the beach, without arriving there, you reach the crossroads with the Via Lattea. Going along the entire road you arrive at a dead-end road with a gate mainly used by the few residents, unpaved to preserve the landscape, which guarantees tranquility at all hours of the day and night, privacy and security.
In a strategic position, 50 meters from the beach, immersed in the local and fragrant Mediterranean scrub, this house offers a breathtaking view that embraces the entire bay of Genn'e mari, the most beautiful beach in Torre delle Stelle. There are numerous commercial activities. Supermarkets: Palmira Shopping Center, Crai. Bars, pizzerias and restaurants. Just to name a few: AndyCoc on the beach & Il Moro, Aquarium, Il Saraceno.
FEATURES:

It is possible to rent sunbeds, umbrellas and water sports equipment, as well as dinghies with or without a license, with or without a skipper directly on the beach, where there are also two kiosks open from morning to late at night.

When the full moon is not reflected on the sea, in the total darkness of the night, it is possible to observe the billions of stars that gave the name to the place, together with the Saracen tower, called de Su Fenugu. From the promontory on which the tower was built, you can see the equipped beach of Cann'e sisa.

on the ground floor of a two-family villa, accessed by a ramp on Via Lattea and then by an entrance located at the back of the property where you can park your car. Equipped with a fully usable garden, a furnished patio, overlooking the sea and the garden with green lawn and numerous colorful flowers, equipped with a brick barbecue.
From the entrance opens the large living room with table and sofa, which has on the left a large area dedicated to the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine).
From the right corridor you access the sleeping area with two bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning and the main bathroom (consisting of toilet, bidet, sink and shower).
One bedroom is double, with the possibility of adding another bed/cot and one is double with a foldaway bed, adaptable to two single beds joined together.
In the second sleeping area accessible from the living room on the left side there is a double bedroom, with air conditioning and a complete bathroom.
Outside, at the back of the house, there is an outdoor shower.
Ideal for a couple with children or a small group of friends.
HOUSE RULES:
smokers are not allowed (possibility of smoking only and exclusively outside, taking care not to damage the furnishings and leave cigarette butts around) and pets.
It is not allowed to leave air conditioning and/or lights on when you are not at home.
Excessive consumption of electricity and water will be charged.
Respect and cleanliness of the entire property is required.
Proper waste disposal is required, separated according to the calendar (explained both in person at check-in and sent via WhatsApp) which must be left in the designated area, i.e. on the Milky Way, at the beginning of the ramp, on the established days.
In the event of any faults or breakages of objects, immediate communication is required and not on the day of check-out, in order to be able to intervene promptly and guarantee a comfortable stay for everyone.
It is not permitted to stay in a number of people greater than that communicated in the reservation, unless consent is given.
It is not permitted to disturb the neighbors at night and/or in any case during rest hours.
The private road, not asphalted because it is subject to landscape restrictions, requires a maximum speed of 20 km/h for the health and safety of residents, guests and children and to prevent dust from invading the adjacent villas.
