You'll be staying in a charming stone house from the 1850s, carefully renovated in 2026, where history meets Scandinavian minimalism. Surrounded by 14,000 square metres of meadows with stone fences, the house offers a unique sense of freedom and tranquillity. Sun on the terrace all day and evening sun at the back make every moment outdoors something truly special. The house also includes an annex—a separate flat where two of the guests will stay. We renovated the annex at the same time as the main house, and it maintains the exact same high standard: it's just as beautifully and tastefully decorated.



Inside, you’ll be greeted by beautiful grey stone walls and a thoughtfully minimalist interior that exudes Scandinavian design. The compact layout creates a cosy atmosphere where every detail has its place, and the bright, airy feel makes you feel right at home.



Outside, lush meadows stretch as far as the eye can see, framed by authentic stone fences. There’s plenty of space here for morning coffee in the sunshine, long dinners on the terrace, and evening walks through the rolling countryside—with nature as your closest neighbour.



The Impan Nature Reserve sits right next door and invites you to take peaceful walks through diverse natural environments. Österlen’s miles-long sandy beaches, picturesque fishing villages, farm shops with local delicacies, and restaurants featuring creative cuisine are all within easy reach. It's perfect for those seeking relaxation, nature experiences, and authentic Skåne charm.
