"Hotel precisa de manutenção. Elevador não estava funcionando direito. Tivemos que usar a escada várias vezes. Quando entramos no quarto,tinha um cheiro estranho.A janela não abre.Quarto escuro, não tinha lustre no teto. A luminária na mesa não tinha lâmpada. Móveis com a madeira riscada. No banheiro, o suporte que segurava o chuveirinho estava quase solto. A porta da geladeira não fechava direito. Ainda bem que foi somente uma diária. Não recomendo esse hotel."

"Reasonable. The big positive aspect of this hotel is the customer service. Everybody is willing to help, Is kind and has a smile on their face. Latoya from the front desk and Cristina on housekeeping deserve 10 starts each. The hotel needs an update and maintenance. Some balcony doors have the locks and/or handles broken. Everything in the room is outdated. There were maintenance topics I needed assistance with (lamps broken, remote w/out batteries, no enough pressure on water) that were taken care of however I would expect this is handled by proactive maintenance rather than having the guest finding and reporting the issues. Even when the beach is one building ahead it’s not the nicest beach on the island. We ended up renting a car and going to other beaches. "

"Hotel bom, bem localizado, funcionários simpáticos, cordiais, pelo valor, superou as minhas expectativas. O único problema é com relação à limpeza, em 7 dias, limparam o quarto uma única vez. Eu tinha que retirar o lixo diariamente e colocar na lixeira do andar."
