"Great location, well equipped and comfy. The room was clean, bed comfy and the little kitchen was well equipped. It was a lovely touch to have milk and water already in the fridge as well as lots of drink choices and some biscuits. The view was the only downside as it looked out onto an alley with bins. The room also had an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and fan if you needed them. "

"Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. We would have liked more shelving in the bathroom for our toiletries and we thought the shower mat looked a bit grimy.The outdoor space was useful for our grandson to run around in. We thought there could have been more toilet rolls. We would definitey return here in the future when we visit our family in Halifax!"
