"This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. "Had an amazing stay at stairway to Devon. Nathan and Helen are fantastic hosts from start to finish. The cabin is stunning with all the added extras that make it special. The cabin is immaculate with everything you need for your stay. I think the local cider and homemade chocolate brownies was a really nice touch. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat with your partner with amazing views of the countryside then this is the place for you. Will definitely be back. Our two chocolate Labradors...

"A lovely cottage. Great for a weekend away. Slept well. Bed comfy. Heating works well . Cooked a couple of meals with no problems. A small milk provided which was very kind. A basic television and some dvds which you can play . Good WiFi . The cottage is small down stairs which was great for us as a couple but you can sleep four people in the cottage which is fine but a family may fine it a little small . We went to visit a couple of national trust properties and had a lovely time ."
