"I booked this last minute as our other booking cancelled and we needed somewhere to stay for a nearby wedding. Wow this is a gorgeous place. Everything from organising an early check in for us to the lovely breakfast the next day was amazing. Our room was like a suite with a lovely super king bed and the bathroom was also massive. For the price you pay it’s such a good deal and we will be returning and might book the golf or evening meal as add ons. "

Fabulous location close to the Abbey with disc parking across the road and a large free car park 5 minutes walk away by the Wentworth Centre. Second visit. "Great 3 night stay at the Keelman. Check in nice and easy, staff friendly and very helpful. Room was good, big enough for us, and had all we needed, bed comfortable, shower really good, clean and tidy. (Maybe could do with a fridge) the surroundings were very nice, a short walk to the Riverside park. Bar and restaurant were lovely, and nice outside sitting area. Food and beers excellent, especially the Prince Bishop, would definitely stay here again"
"Right from the friendly welcome by Tom, my stay was fantastic. I was travelling myself with 2 young children for a family funeral in the area. All the staff were friendly and very good with the children. They were made to feel very welcome by all the staff. We enjoyed a meal in the evening. Good choice for adults and children. We also all enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. "
