Located in Pêra, Algarve, Villa Pêra By Gabi Miguel is a modern 160 m² retreat for up to 6 guests. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: upstairs you’ll find 2 spacious double bedrooms and a smaller double, all with access to a shared balcony with views, plus a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The ground floor offers a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area, illuminated by sliding doors that open directly to the pool. The basement provides a private lounge with a large sofa and TV. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, baby cot, high chair, and self check-in.



Outdoors, enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, and exclusive outdoor pool—ideal for relaxing after exploring the Algarve. There’s also an outdoor shower for refreshing moments.



Parking is available on site (1 shared space) and on the street. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.



Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Detailed instructions and emergency contacts will be provided via the booking platform before arrival. A security deposit is required before check-in and refunded after check-out, minus any deductions for damages. A tourist tax applies, payable for an extra fee. The property is minutes from Armação de Pêra beaches and a 40-minute drive from Faro Airport.
