"Cabin was great! Beautiful view of the mountains off of the deck. Wildlife every morning and evening. Cabin was clean and well stocked with supplies and accessories. Dean was an amazing host, he was in constant communication with us, before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend this relaxing getaway. We will definitely come back and visit."

"Everything about the property and location was excellent. Lots of space and everything you could need for a great stay. There is a beautiful hike right out the back of the property full of aspens. The hosts were really communicative the entire time and the tenant who lives in the basement (separate entrance) was lovely and very welcoming. "

"Very nice propery between Durango and Purgatory. Well furnished with beautiful views and nice amenities including the hot tub. Easy access to the road. There are stairs to access the home, but that was not an issue for us. Overall, very pleased with this choice. We will definitely stay again."

"Address was not correct on the email from VRBO. Cabin advertised was not the one we were put in. Floor was not vacuumed. River on property is amazing. Don’t expect much more than a camp house. This was all fine for 4 guys, glad the wives didn’t come lol! Property lacks upkeep. Still a great vacation in Lake city."
