This townhome is 3 stories accessible via interior stairs. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.
Rolling Ridge 20C, located in Silverthorne, is a short drive to the Keystone and Breckenridge slopes. What's more, we're just 14.2 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June! Because if you want to ski over Memorial Day Weekend, you should be able to.
PARKING: 1-car garage plus 1 immediately outside of the garage. No commercial trucks, boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs allowed. No parking in open lot area.
