🛏️ Six bedrooms sleeping up to 14 guests, with humidifiers in every bedroom closet throughout.

🌙 Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. All gatherings must be brought inside by 10:00 PM. This neighborhood is strictly monitored and the NoiseAware system is active inside and outside the property.

🚬 No smoking indoors. This is a high wildfire risk area and we take it seriously.

👟 No outdoor shoes inside the home. Slippers and socks only.

🐾 Pets are not permitted at this property.

👥 Larger groups beyond the listed occupancy may be accommodated with prior approval from Luxury Peaks Property Management.

🚨This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors.

🚨Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. All gatherings must move indoors by 10:00 PM.

🚨Guests may not remain outside after 10:00 PM, including in the hot tub area, without exception.

🚨No parties or events.

🚨A rental agreement will be sent after booking and must be signed prior to arrival.
