It is centrally located with a 35 minute drive to Vail, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 12 minutes to Copper Mountain, 10 minutes to Keystone and 90 minutes to Denver International Airport. A free public bus with a stop right outside the door can also take you to the ski resorts, or anything you wish to do in Summit County.
