Located in the beautiful Wildernest area in the shadow of the rugged Gore Range, our newly remodeled two bedroom condo boasts all the comfort and amenities you desire: a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, 42” TV with cable and streaming options, and a deep soaking tub.

You’ll find unique, one-of-a-kind touches throughout that will bring delight in your stay.

Our just remodeled, 2 bedroom unit comes fully furnished to sleep 6 comfortably (one queen-sized, two singles, and a pull-out queen sofa bed) with two bathrooms. It’s the perfect size for a romantic getaway, a weekend with friends, or memorable family vacation.

Summit County offers limitless opportunities for exploration, adventure. and fun. You’ll find the people in the area warm and welcoming, and if you need any advice on what to do, simply ask us!

Treehouse F-104 is your perfect basecamp. Five world-class ski resorts (Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland) are within a short 20-minute drive, with Vail and Beaver Creek only 45 minutes away. Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing are across the street with access directly into the Eagles Nest Wilderness where beautiful vistas and solitude are yours for the taking.

Hop on the free Summit Stage bus for the 5-minute ride down to the Silverthorne Outlets, including Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, Nike, Lucky Brand, Gap and many more. Make sure to check out Olive Fusion, where you can sample a wide variety of delectable olive oils, vinaigrettes, and teas--definitely one of our favorites, as our girls especially like the free popcorn!

Great communication from host & clear instructions! The place is nice and clean have everything we need and affordable. Def will rent again. Would be nice to have few more plates and bowls but not a big deal we just ran dish washer daily.

Great weekend getaway

Great property close to all major mountains. Very friendly host who stayed on top of all our arrangements. Affordable pricing as well in comparison with any other listings around. The only negative we faced was poor WiFi and the fact that the network was spotty didn’t help.Overall a great place to enjoy for a vacation!

Barber Ski Trip 2024-2025

Allan is great to work with. He responded to texts, answered the phone, and followed through promptly. This is a very nice, clean place in a beautiful area. Our family had a great time here. Highly recommended.

Awesome Condo close to everything

This was a very nice condo and the location was great! The views are amazing and only 20 mins or less from Ski locations, shopping and grocery store. The owners respond very quickly if you have questions. Thanks for sharing your home with my family for the holidays!

Cozy condo for a long weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo over a long weekend with friends. The location was easy to get to, quiet, and we really appreciated having an entrance on the ground level which made it super easy to get in and out of with our snow gear. There is a nice table (not pictured on the listing) with seating for 4. We were not able to make use of the Treehouse since it was closed for COVID but the main room with the fireplace and deck provided great locations to hang out. The only suggestion we would have is to get a bigger trash can in the kitchen. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and were very happy with the accommodations at a fair price.

Relaxing stay in Silverthorne

My daughters and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at your condo during Thanksgiving. It was clean and cozy. We loved the easy access to hiking trails just outside the door. The fireplace was fantastic! We would stay again in the future.

Perfect weekend getaway

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! The condo was clean, well-stocked and close to ski resorts! We loved relaxing in the family room in front of the fireplace. Beds were comfy and we had all the comforts of home. I'd rent again in a heartbeat! Great location to everything.

Value Condo

This condo was roomier than I expected and the beds, sofa and finishing's were nice. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to cook in. Unfortunately, there are some items that affected our stay which I think are out of the owner's control. 1. Noise - this condo was LOUD at all hours of the day and night. The walls, ceilings, and floors must be wood with no insulation. We don't think anyone was making excessive noise, just basic moving around above and beneath us sounded like they were in the room with us. 2. Hot Water - we rented in snow season and the hot water was hit or miss. It never got really hot and during one shower it would ebb and flow between warm and luke warm. One day I tried to shower just off the ski slopes and it never got beyond luke-warm. 3. Club House - the club house hot tubs were hit or miss. One day only one was hot, the next none were hot, and another 2 of 3 were hot. Also, the game room games were in pretty rough shape and some just took our tokens and never turned on. Again, all these things are probably out of the owner's control, but will impact your stay.

Great Location! Great Owners!

This property, while on the small side, is in a great location close to Silverthorne and Dillon, and close to I-70. It is nicely decorated and clean. The only downsides are that there isn’t any air conditioning, so it got quite warm in the summer, and the master bed mattress was very uncomfortable. The owners were incredible to work with, responsive and very helpful. We left my son’s blanket and stuffed polar bear by accident. They were quick to respond and sent the items to our home. We would highly recommend it to anyone! Thanks again!

Good place fills the bill.

However as of March 2018 it Needs new couch in living room and beds in the second bedroom. They are worn out. Otherwise fine. Some people above partying late into the night each night kept us up but not much owner could do about that.

We loved it, we go to Colorado every year and we were very impressed with this place.It was just as advertised, very roomy and very clean. No stairs to climb was nice to it's right inside the door. The clubhouse was very nice to with the pool and hot tubs. Definitely recommend it.

Very nice condo in a great area

The condo was very well appointed with everything you could need. It had extra towels for the pool/hot tub and very comfortable beds. It was located on the same level as the parking lot making entry easy. Parking lot had plenty of parking available.

Fun mountain getaway and great location

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, modern, and a great space for my wife and I and our three kids. Great location as well! The communication with Alan was easy, and the instructions for finding the property and getting access to the keys was simple. The interior decorating was fun and exactly what you would want for a mountain getaway. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family, not to mention anyone else.

Cozy and beautiful!

We loved the drive up the mountain and the beautiful views and sunset we were met with at the condo! The condo is warm and inviting and quite comfortable. Traveling with a baby, we were very thankful for the ground level unit. Thanks for a perfect stay!
